My Wife is an excellent cook and I asked her what she would do with canned Crab meat, She said any recipe that has Tuna can be substituted for Crab. She now wants to make a Crab Meat Carbonara!
Belcris carries (when in stock, not this week) frozen Norwegian salmon and frozen smoke salmon. I see some other frozen fish but never tried it. They have a good beef selection including US prime rib eye steak and tenderloin, but very expensive. Many deli selections as well - cheeses, salami, ham, etc.
