With the Holiday season upon us, I know some who like a bit of either Cranberry Sauce or Jelly with their meals. Go to Shoppee, they have Ocean Spray. I ordered two cans the other day.

Haven't found any stuffing mix yet. Might just have to get some very fine corn meal, make corn bread a day or two before, leave it out and have cornbread stuffing with my turkey.

We purchased a Norbest Turkey last time for about $40.00 at Hypermart. If they ship it in from the US the price us understandable but it cooks very lean and dry. This year we plan to have a small lechon baboy instead of a turkey, something that will taste better and be more appropriate and traditional for the locale for the equivalent of a fiesta.

Had the same thing, but mine was tender and juicy. Maybe just cook it differently. I will have turkey again this year. along with cranberries, stuffing, sweet potatoes and a pie made by the little baker I love.

Well, I probably cooked it too much. Regardless,
    Lechon it is this year
