    In the UK, shepherd's pie is made with lamb and cottage pie with beef - but as the US simplifies things (as with throwing out the unnecessary 'u') I guess they decided there is no point in having two names.

    ???? Sorry Jack.....Shepherds dont eat Lamb? that's like Fishermen dont eat fish? What about Goat herders do they not eat Goat?
    Or am I missing something here?
