    I see no need for a Peso account at
    BPI. I write a check, drawn on my USA credit union checking account, to my BPI Dollar account, and withdraw pesos by BPI ATM, 1% Mastercard conversion fee. BPI charges $5 for accepting the USA check. All my income is in dollar deposits to my USA credit union.
