    Not a single Vehicle besides the Carabao Cart, I heard some stories from long time Expatriates that even as recent as 1990, there was very little traffic in Negros...

    The Park Theater building didn't change until about 5 years ago when Unitop came to town. We used to go to the theatre on occasion, P40 each for the expensive seats.
