Hi all. does any one know how to find them?
    My problems is barking dogs , the guy across the lane has 10 dogs in total one Rockwella, one Doberman 3 yapp yapps and 5 puppies ;
The Rockwella is in a hollow block room 15 foot from our first townhouse the guy (from the U.S) has a new baby.

Im next to him in unit 2 the noise is unreal, 5 am they start most days.

Both of us have gone to see them only to be told that they own their house n if we don't like we can move.

We went to the Barangay Captain but did no good even though he told that many have been their to report the dog noise before.
The sad thing the guy is an expat has been here for 30 years.
I should have gone to the council before but he did make an effort to keep them quiet for a week or so. does any body know how many dogs you can keep on a city block?
    cheers

Alex my friend, I think, They work on the military theory, If it moves shoot it, if it doesn't move, Paint it. Other than that, I do Not think they give a d*mn. Life of any sort ( Animals) here, seems to hold little consequence and does not seem to matter. I guess we all have the same problem with regard to noisy animals and there never seems to be an adequate answer. I am not even sure, that they would report any lose of animal life, in any neighbourhood SO although it may be against your better judgement, Just go with the flow :p Load aim and fire.

Dunno but be careful what you ask or the next thing you know someone will be trying for the Guiness Book record. My suggestion is to learn to grin and bear it. Works for me.

View attachment 10312 View attachment 10311 I hear that after about a week of "training", the dogs will learn that a bark = full auto Airsoft pellets in their rear and stop baking as much.

Just what I hear though. That, of course, is not my door or couch nor would the dogs yelping shortly after barking anytime after 1 am have anything to do with me.

Yes Brian they came up our street and shot a few dogs but that help quiet the ones behind a 3 meter high brick fence.
This guy is a kiwi I was wondering if I swapped him his dogs for some sheep then he would have fringe benefits
    cheers

Here are the national dog laws.
R.A. 9482 - AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE CONTROL AND ELIMINATION OF HUMAN AND ANIMAL RABIES, PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Also you should check with the Dumaguete City Veterinary Office it's off the main highway just south of the Provincial Hospital.

Wrong Forum But on this occasion!!!

Morning all, just a lighthearted joke to get Alex's day off to a better start.

    The Neighbor's Barking Dog

2 neighbors (the Smiths & the Jones) haven't been getting along. You see, Mr. Smith leaves his dogs outside all day and their dogs never stop barking.

Finally, after not being able to hear himself think, Mr. Jones tells his wife: "I'VE HAD IT!" and he stomps outside.

Upon returning Mrs. Jones says: "I can still hear the dogs barking. What have you been doing?" to which her husband replies:

barking puppy "I put their dogs in our back yard. Let's see how they like it!"

 do you think it would work? O-|
