    9A between 6 months and 12 months can also avail at the airport. The extra trip to BI is only required for 9A over a year.
    Verified back in December 2016, I was at 11 months when we went to Hong Kong. Paid for ECC furthest right hand immigration line at NAIA.

    A holder of a 13A visa clears immigration at the airport. today it costs 2880 peso, last year it was 1760 peso. this government knows how to screw the foreigner

    Just enter the country with your filipina wife and get the balikbayan stamp which excuses you for one year from the BI circus and all of their hoops. Take your wife out of the country on holiday before the year is up, re enter and do it all over again. Repeat as necessary.
