Eric Sykes, British comedian extraordinaire and writer, died today aged 89. Often associated as part of a duo with Hattie Jacques, he was a multi-talented man who made a lot of people laugh throughout his colourful life. Yet another of the old school that can never be replaced. R.I.P.
