    I used to use Optimum Trader. Good rates and there was always a guard at the entrance. I don't know if that is still true today.

    If you use a bank ( Metrobank ) they charge about 0.8 percent for US dollars and around 1.0 percent on Canadian dollars.
    The street guys that hang out in front of BPI give slightly better than the bank on US dollars.
    WWW.XE.COM is a good source to find out the prevailing rates.
