I looked at the used cars for sale and noticed that neither the phone numbers nor the prices in the website ads appear to be from the Philippines. I think the prices are too good to be true for the Philippines.

I am afraid you are correct, the first search I did turned up eQuip LLC (watermarked into a picture) is based in Florida so most likely some BS/Scam Advertising.

Just pisses you off when people cannot be honest, by doing what they did only an idiot would go the next step and buy from an obviously dishonest person who lies in their original links online...

Maybe this is a better link, looks to be all brand new stuff but should be better quality with a warranty compared to a lot of the decades old stuff you find used online for sale;
