I should have known better, had to fire an attorney for not performing on a title and closing contract we had. He only did one thing and I had to have it done over again. After six months, a house is already built on the lot and people moved in but back to ground zero on the title. Of course I lost some money but don't want to fight the system to try and recuperate my losses but will be more than happy to pass on his name, but only if someone is actually looking for an attorney for a lot purchase.

Pat, amazingly enough Annual rainfall for July is supposed to be the very highest month in vietnam and we've had small sprinkles for about 20 minutes one single time. We're pleasantly shocked and surprised. But, it's god awful hot here...
