Without the motor it's around 37k for the double width roll up.

 

I am a little surprised that uy matiao was not to interested. I think they may have had some bad experience with foreigners because when I ordered mine they wanted my wife to sign the contract.
Mine was a double wide, remotely controlled and painted steel door. About 60 K pesos.

 

That's a good price. Was that a recent installation?
