There is a DI member Coach but I haven't heard from him for a long time. He had it done in Manila at St. Lukes. He seemed very happy with it shortly after the procedure.

Yes I used to live in Thailand. I know the hospitals are good, had some surgery there before. Wanted to check here and there. More expensive there from what I've found, but may be safer
