Have to Admit matey this one you may have to own as your own little problem, cable or WiFi? Maybe you should get the modem Checked out, can you do a re-set? sometimes this can clear things up a little. JP
I thought our landlady used Smart for the 'receiver-on-pole' connection we are trying to survive with here (no alternative available), but as Globe, Smart and PLDT are the same bucket of crap, I wouldn't be surprised if this also affected us here in Bacong (approx 1 km up the hill from Dave). Been experiencing the on/off too on a regular basis...
