    I had Byantel and paid 6,000 a month. One month I went to Manila for a week and forgot to pay my bill. They cancelled my service. They went on to tell me that I owed them for the entire month and that I had to pay that amount and would not get service again for that month! My bill the next month was 12,000! I told them to shove it where the sun doesn't shine!

    The Internet Providers her are running a scam. There needs to be a full investigation! I won't happen any time soon. Philippios don't mind being scammed. And, Internet cafes are doing good as their speed seems to clock must faster than everyone else.

    It's a Cluster &&^ck!

    What server are you using to test using Ookla Speedtest?? I use the Cebu Globe one and I get worst case 2-3mb/s and best up past 9mb/s using a 593 router. I hear they raised 3G signals up to 13mb/s. I did the Windows 10 update the other day and was done fairly quickly and was a major update size wise

    After looking at your picture in more detail I see you are testing your speed at an International Falls Minnesota ISP. What do you get when you use Globe Cebu? I tried the Intl falls site also and I get about 1.5mb/s at about 10pm and I am getting about 3mb/s to Cebu, on 3g. This is about as slow as mine goes also. Do you actually get LTE signals? As a note the tower where I am close to I can get 4g signal if close by and very low speedtest results but if i knock my receiver to 3g it goes way up, as in maybe they are just screwing around and not actually supporting LTE? It's all a bunch of BS here anyways but I am able to get streaming video on my new smart TV fairly well, no idea what country the server is but I can watch pretty decent HD video

    It's irrelevant as there as no websites I go to are hosted in the Philippines. (It is still less than what I'm paying for though.) The Minnesota server was a completely random click in the US. I do not care how fast Globes internet can connect to their own servers.

    And just a note: Globe "tech support" has still not came out or even made a call. I've already called Globe twice about this and they refuse to send someone out to fix it (even though they "say" they will send someone out).
    Same speed.
