With a little luck and over time I have found most of what I need at Robinsons/Hypermart/Lee Plaza but still no success finding parsley, thyme, sage, red pepper flakes, and garlic salt. I would appreciate it if any of you can tell me where to go.... for these spices.

In town at Lee Plaza I saw a large bottle red pepper flakes under 300p in the international foods aisle. Top shelf. At Hypermart last week I saw large bottles of parsley and others, in the international aisle, possibly look in their spice aisle too. Garlic salt I have never seen here, only at S&R Cebu. Try looking at DIY making garlic salt. I have seen thyme in small mccormick bottles in both stores spice aisle.

Parsley is available in large containers at Robinson's Supermarket and Lee Hypermart (or it used to be), I also had no problems finding red pepper flakes most places. I made homemade breakfast sausage using all of the ingredients you have listed and was able to find them all by shopping around. Hopefully, with persistence, you will find them all. (you might have to make your own garlic salt, as mentioned above)

You got me, currently trying to make sausage, successful enough swapping in other spices for spaghetti etc but sausage doesn't seem to be alternate ingredient friendly.

I was trying to avoid the giant p600 bottles for spices that recipes call for 1/4 teaspoon although it may end up being the only way to source them. I did get the large chili powder (made chili in my multi purpose slow/rice cooker and nailed it! 99% match to my US chili) and I would buy a large garlic salt as it is my favorite go-to condiment. Gonna try making my own I guess.

Went ahead and picked up the large economy sized Parsley and Sage today in Lee Plaza, they had a price on the shelf for the large size Thyme also but no stock. Will check Hypermart for Thyme next time I am there haha. I guess the giant bottles are ok as spices last a long time.

Garlic salt is the only thing I have had problems finding as most of that is available most of the time between LP, Hyper, and Robinsons. Garlic salt I just mix regular salt with garlic powder.

My problem comes with all of my spices clumping together far to often. Keep them in a sealed airtight container doesn't seem to help so much here and soon enough everything is clumped so hard. Its just to d*mn humid.

I never had a problem with Spices stored in the Refrigerator in the original Container, no clumping at all....most of my Spices are from McCormick...
