    Do you mean hookah , as in smoke tobacco or hooker as in female prostitute , excuse my being nosy , I am just curious as to what you want to do , to my knowledge girly bars are forbidden within the city limits of Dumaguete , Regards Tony

    Its HOOKAH or SHISHA my friend. You are right. Its smoking a water-based flavoured tobacco - Middle Eastern way.

    This will throw many for a loop, I'm sure. There was at one time a hookah (Not to be confused with hooker) bar in Dumaguete. It was where Bogart's is now, and was only in operation about 6 months, I'm guessing in 2004 or 2005, before they went out of business and someone else took over the lease. This was between the time that it was D'Bar and when Mike took it over. They decked the place out with pink stools and displayed the Hookah Bong on the table outside.
