I think Casablanca sold the molasses tobacco before. A few years ago I had pipe smoking friend that asked me to find some pipe tobacco and not knowing better I got some of that. Was quite hard to smoke in a regular pipe he said :-D
Yeah, you definitely need to keep some hot coals over the molasses tobacco to keep it burning. Which is one reason why it is not a good experience in the Philippines. You need attentive staff to continuously bring more hot coal. You can smoke a small package of hookah for the better part of an hour......quite a task to find staff that can pay attention to a customer for that length of time.
