    I am leaving the Philippines in a week. Our house will be up for rent. Here are some of the things you may want to know:

    4 Bedrooms
    House in very nice condition - a must see.
    Dinning room
    1 Meditation skylight room
    1 Office
    Completely furnished
    Screened Doors and windows
    Large area for parking
    Nice front yard
    2 Air Cons
    3 washrooms
    1 dirty kitchen
    huge kitchen - must see
    Pond out front where you put Gold Fish...not running right now
    Nice front yard
    Not far from Hypermart and Eldeweis Bar is at the end of our street

    Cost is 20,000 PHP

    Hi Franko,

    Just wanted to say, after seeing the house, it's worth twenty thousand a month. Quiet neighborhood, big rooms, huge kitchen and well situated outside kitchen for my wife's grilling. I have my own furniture but for those without, the house is fully funished in good taste.

    Hi. House is in little subdivision behind Edelweiss Restaurant. Opposite Hypermart, going towards Valencia, take a left down the road that runs down the side of Edelweiss. At the 'T' junction, turn right, follow the road round and take the first right. House is next to the sari sari store.
