I agree with you 100% that was my budget up to P15k a month unfurnished with 3 bed, here in Mactan I have 2bed unfurnished in higher end SD and pay 12k.

If you not find I know a lot objects in Daro area for rent. I can send a list of phonenumbers for you to call. Come to Dumaguete and spend 2-3 days and you will find a lot.
Mostly the put a poster at the gate For Rent with phone and contact details.

 

Wow! you are correct there are many on that site thanks for letting me know, what a gentleman you are, I will have a look at Daro wherever that is: have never come across that area before, very interesting.

Thanks to this site I now have many more options regarding housing rentals available to me, there are some top notch Guys and Girls here. A thanks to you all for your help I guess I am due a few beers when I get there? DI really is a great site, I feel honoured to be a member of it.

I arrive to look at a few rentals on monday the 22nd Jan and will be there a few days.
Please anyone here on DI let me know if you see anything that looks interesting, my budget is up to P15K, just may push the boat out for something special? looking for 3 bed 2 CR if possible, also my preferred
areas are Valencia, Calmanjac and other areas on the outskirts of Dumaguete.
