Those are all nice options....think the first one is twice the rent the OP requested, though. The second one is a very nice place, (I knew the previous tenants), and I will say that they had a terrible, terrible time with the neighbors constant burning of trash, very negatively affected their respiratory systems. They said if it was something occasional or short-term they could have lived with it, but from what they said, it was all the time. Just something to consider before moving into any house, DO YOUR HOMEWORK, check out the neighborhood, go there in the evenings, see what goes on in the area at all times. The first house they moved into here was by the ocean and was over-run with rodents. I think if they had done their homework they probably could have avoided having the problems they had....too bad Dumaguete was such a bad experience for them that they moved to Bulgaria!!

 

There is this 3-bedroom house in valencia thats being rented for 12k... it has only 1 bathroom though but its on a nice neigborhood...and it is semi-furnished...
