Hypermart Relocation

I think we may be getting confused here Guys and Gals.
The Area in Question is up the Bagacay Valencia Road up from the Hypermart on the Right. There is a new building Going up next to the Ceres Park and Maintenance? Depot. on the Right hand side, we Now know as was Suspected previously and now Confirmed, that this is Not being Built for and on Behalve of the Lee Plaza Group of Companies, From some small Investigation, no one really knows who ( or won't say who) is building and what it is.
There were some Reports that Ceres are to Re fleet at some stage and this building may just be for them.
