Didn't William have something to do with it too...?
Anyhow, congrats to the royal couple and may the newborn prince get a normal childhood.

Congratulations to everybody from GB. Huge event!
It's not an everyday issue we have princes born, not even every year.
    Well-done, Kate!

Let the boy be healthy and happy

Well done for doing what women have done since the beginning of our species? Maybe a "well done" is deserved for scoring a rich husband.

I mean no disrespect here but you couldn't pay me to care about this.

A serious question: Why do brits get off on this royal stuff? I don't get it. I'm actually much against anyone who hasn't worked for their wealth......and especially people who get wealthy off my tax money.

Wrye, if you think the British have the monopoly on 'getting off on royal stuff' you're sadly mistaken: The Dutch are proud of their royals too and being from that neck of the woods, so am I. Their wealth has been acummulated over centuries - it's not like they have stolen it during one term in office, and I prefer to spend my tax money on an institute like the royal family than on a nitwit president. The economic impact of a state visit by royalty far exceeds that of a numbskull president with his/her entourage.
