Tried the “new” Katz’s today. Same menu, same cook, same food, same helpers, even new owner named Jerry. Katz’s sign taken down. New name will be PJ’s.
I find it counterproductive when people do that. They buy a business for its reputation and then change the name. Picture someone Buying Apple Computers and changing the name to Grapes Computers to get the idea.
I might be tricked into wasting my money on an overpriced Apple product if they suddenly changed the name.
