Seems to work just fine. Are you using the multi-quote the correct way? When you highlight text you should be hitting the "+ Quote" link, then highlight some more text and hit the same link. When you have finished selecting the things you want to quote go to the bottom and hit the "Insert Quotes" button. I'm not sure what you are talking about with this one.
