Do any of you know if any of the LBC offices are open? VA Manila is trying to get my VA meds shipped to me. Air 21 no worky so the VA will ship LBC if one of their offices in this area is up end running. They ask me to check. I am under a 24 hour curfew. Thanks for your input.
