Metro Manila are leaving it up to the local mayors to decide on a liquor ban. Curfew 8pm-4am being discussed, as virus spreads and hospitals fill up again.
It's probably for the best considering the way Filipinos drink socially and the level of antivax/covid conspiracy theory believers here. They need the nanny state.
