    I have available 4 each live Lechon around 30-50Kg.
    Location is about 10Km away from Siaton.

    The title of this thread is LIVE LECHON so I'm going to guess the pig is alive.

    by way of explanation. "lechon" by definition is "whole roast suckling pig". in common use here it appears to be any roast pig. mz gz is correct in that it should be "pigs for lechon" however at the weights listed they would clearly not be suckling pigs and therefore not actually "lechon". so calling such large pigs "lechon" falls under the same heading as the the filipina practice of wearing a bra three sizes too big. its not really true, but does anyone really care?

    Lechon is never alive ‘coz it’s been roasted and ready to eat. To say “live lechon” is confusing. It never happens.
