Local Lamb anywhere ?

I have seen local sheep wandering in the street in Pasjač lapu lapu . and I have been told that there are mutton sausages from Ilongo. Found this article of sheep butchering some ware in Negros. Anyone has any leads on where to get a local lamb for a good Balti I would like to hear from you.

Some one in the area of the airport is raising sheep, if you take the first right after the airport going north from Duma. While on my way to the touch down restaurant I have seen them grazing on the side of the road several times. Next time I am in that area I will make some inquires.

Looking for just lamb, or fresh local? JLH Butchers has Australian lamb from time to time. Some of the people from OZ tell me it is quite good, the legs and shanks.

 

They used to have NZ legs of lamb at JLH Butchers for about AUD$14

 

Also, look up Kevin the Butcher. He's an Aussie who has great familiar meat cuts.
