The Melbourne Cup always approaches fast, with the 2018 edition commencing at 3pm, Tuesday 6th November. The race that stops a nation is more exciting than ever this year, with a number of celebrations taking place both inside and outside the racecourse. While the $7.3 million Lexus Melbourne Cup is the centrepiece of the Melbourne Cup Carnival. But for us in Dumaguete/Sibulan you need to head to the Touch Down Bar, the cup is run at 1200 Midday Philippine time, bar opens at 1000 am, sweeps and live race on big TV.

For those coming from Dumaguete it is the road straight After the Runway on the Right, go right to the end and then left, Bar is on the left not to far up
Is that the place with the swimming pool? If so, it closed a few months ago but must have re-opened. Anyone knows if it still allows pool use?
