I am visiting Cebu for a couple of days, I would do some research if requested. No GF or wife to mettle into a through research effort. Of course I would do anything for the "team". What are the two other top bars?

Since we are flying into Cebu for the first time in April I may have to check it out. Asawa will almost definitely accompany, but after 25 years of marriage she's cool as long as it's "look but don't touch"
