    My helper and I went to the mall today. The door guard asked my helper out old I was in Visayan. He said 58. Then he asked me the same and I said 58. Proper planning prevents p*ss poor peeformance.

    Sorry, not talking about a person but rather a process that has long separated itself from having any logical purpose. On the bright side, the madness and its reactions are entertaining to read about here, everything from brewing bathtub beer to getting notes from the B. Captain to go out and play to old men conspiring with his helper to lie about his age so he can go inside the mall. This is not happening in ALL countries you know; we are pretty unique!

    The American Embassy Manila email just received says, if I interpret it correctly, the Philippines government announced we are on modified GCQ, only Cebu City and Mandaue City on GCQ June 1-15.
