I dont live in Pi but was planing too until Covid hit and are still planing but not right now.

When I asked this question it seamed to be around 100 - 120k Paso per month. I guess you could do it cheaper or more depending on your life style and also if the kids go to international school or local school.
We have a daughter same age.

 

I presume you are talking US dollars so at todays exchange rate that's around 96,000 php.
Everybody has a different view of what is a good lifestyle but in my view if you are going to rent a place aprox 20,000 per month , run a car , eat out a lot i think you would need some back up savings.

It also depends on whether the 'outlaws' are regular beneficiaries from your income.

 

I am pretty sure you can find better places, also without 'outlaws'...just saying.

 

I have about 120,000 pes a month also some savings The outlaws live in Manila so no problem the Uk is going down the toilet unfortunately but heyho I will come and have a look for a month after lock down is it possible to get a months rent at a good price ?
