Hey ya'll. These things got into the pantry and they eat thru the plastic, then poops on the food left behind. It messed with my pasta and coffee (among other things) two things I really enjoy.
Does anyone know what it's called so I can find away to banish them?
    Thanks

Congrats.......you have Earwigs. Because of their intimidating pincers, or forceps, protruding from the abdomen, earwigs might appear to be a dangerous bug. This is a misconception. Earwigs can use their forceps to grasp onto a finger if agitated, but earwigs do not sting nor are they dangerous. They have no venom, so earwigs are not poisonous.

Empty out your Pantry. wipe down with Vinegar! Collect all living Earwigs you capture and drop them in your Inlaws House....... they will spend a bit less on scooter gas for the next few weeks. Cheers!
