    Hi ya one and all.

    Would like to know how long its likely to take to get an NBI police clearance, have been told, 1 day up to 20 days.
    Anyone with first hand experience?

    You are right,it takes 20 working days.

    It varies by municipality, but generally 2-5 days.

    If you are a foreigner you are automatically hit as they call it,this is why it takes this long, a local can get the same day.

    Ahh, never tried getting one for an alien, so I wouldn't know.

    :wink:

    A local usually takes a couple of days at least, but it varies by NBI office.

    I got mine the same day in Cebu.
    But, it was 10 years ago. Things might have changed since.

    just received mine last week and yes it does take 1 month (20 working days) for the release..... If you are not a pinoy citizen

    not a chance lol...i tried in my special way but the NBI is actually hooked up online and the rules there seem to be unflexable.... No choice but to wait....
