Has anyone tried to use Netflix this afternoon and found it unavailable or is my problem in house?

Netflix Afghanistan, Great Britain, US and Estonia are working for me. I don't have the ability to switch to a Philippine IP address with my VPN.

I had trouble with Netflix a while back. A system reset was the cure.
