JP, you have to realized, that unfortunately most things that are sold on the boulevard are shared by many. Hahahaha

 

I was just in Malaysia KK and was having a meal at the Bvld when at the next table they started smoking on a bong, I said WTF you are kidding me, 4 girls that appeared to be off their face already were sucking merrily on the bong, then I was told it is some sort of tobacco, it sure did not smell like weed, each user had their own plastic mouth piece, defiantly not for me. Hope we don’t see this at the restaurants here, enough smokers emitting their sh-t into my lungs as it is.

 

Considering Dumaguete City is doing their best to enforce a "smoke free" city, it is somewhat doubtful a business license will be issued for this, but then again who knows...

It could conceivably fall within the boundaries of the law, here is the law;
