    I asked a couple friends from Dumaguete and none of them had heard of it. Google didn't come up with anything for Dumaguete either.

    Side Note: Be careful with those chemical treatments. That stuff can be horrible for your hair.

    I asked a few Filipinas also, none have heard of it. What kind of treatment is it? What does it do?
