    I asked a couple friends from Dumaguete and none of them had heard of it. Google didn't come up with anything for Dumaguete either.

    Side Note: Be careful with those chemical treatments. That stuff can be horrible for your hair.

    You can buy Olaplex in Philippines.... it is a home treatment for hair.
