You know the full story ? A guy put my life in danger in traffic and laughed at me same time, one of us should be happy he managed to escape

Sure 100 %, think he will think twice before he play with other peoples life again. I don't know the full story about this accident, and when it happen to me, it was in Europe, big difference for the consequences
I bet this German will think twice before resorting to beating the sh*t out of a local again. If he is guilty I hope that he spends a nice long time behind bars and then once he is finished there he takes two steps out of the prison and then gets arrested again by an Immigration officer and spends a few more years in the immigration prison waiting to be deported. /opinion
It's better the German guy is in jail and not in the hospital. If you fight with a local you might find the local has a lot of "instant" friends that want to get in on some action. I got rear ended by a guy on a bike. As we talked about what happened we ended up with four bystanders with the angry face crowded around me just waiting for me to "cock off". I remember the Phil Prins video that went around. One of the guy that kicked him in the head was not even involved in the argument. Imagine a passer by kicking someone in the head just because he could.
That seems similar to a security guard shooting someone who parked wrong, just because he could. This is a culture of "Do what you want" and it seems that the German has gone native :-)
Happy to see you write, if he is guilty. No matter what, I'm pretty sure the court will find him guilty. I agree it's totally stupid fight with a local. I do my best to show all people respect, but if someone attack me, I punch back, just my nature. I live here more than 6 years now, but will never agree with the lack of justice to foreigners, and the racism a part of the native exercise. Several years in jail for a punch, come on, out of proportions
