I had been looking for one. I unexpedtedly met the retired canadian chiroprator couple months ago and he recommended one that he knew in Dauin. I went to look for him and finally found him right across the Dauin cockpit is Silliman extension, look for him, he is a Korean guy and he is good. I only paid 200 pesos in my first visit .
