In Bayawan the ACE hospital was once a bus terminal in the past. Because it looks quite odd for a hospital. Here is the thread about Bayawan.
Looks like a post-apocalyptic building or something from a horror movie. Funny thing is it was built in 1982. But hey, you get what you pay for. If you want to be treated in modern hospital you will need to pay modern prices.
I recognize it, scaring end up there, I would prefer higher prices if the quality also rise on their work
