12 years ago I used to take my to-be wife to the Pancake House in Fort Bonifacio, where we lived, every day for breakfast. Today we went to the new one in Bantayan on Airport Road before Silliman farm, left side. Very good food, I had a Spanish omelete and a crispy waffle, wife had beef tapas, and boy had blueberry pancakes and a side of bacon. Nice menu, open all day. Suggest going after 10am, at least on Saturdays.
Well I'm certainly hungry now after reading that Pat, By the way "Pancake Tuesday" as it's known is on March 1st this year, stay safe JB
This year it will fall on a Wednesday Jim, because we missed it last year and Ash Wednesday will be on Thursday.
Have been there a couple of times. The pancakes, waffles, and omelets are good, the other food not so much. Which means mostly focusing on breakfast which makes it surprising they have no coffee drinks. A touch pricey for what you get, many better places to go.
Good job they didn't call it the "The Coffee House" might be the right time for them to invest in one of those multi coffee vending machines.
If it's a franchise with tight corporate control, the owner may not be able to add things like a specialty coffee machine. I will ask him next time I see him.
