    A two part question.

    1) Is Pepper Spray legal in the Philippines?

    2) If the answer to the above question is Yes... Does anybody know if and where I can purchase it in Dumaguete?

    A Facebook group like "Bid for me Dumaguete".
    For the pepper spray I would ask in the gun shop next to Tops and Bottoms, opposite Uymatiao, Locsin street.
