Hi Everyone, Until recently there has been no problem getting the following medicine:- Perindopril Erbumine - which is an ACE inhibitor. It appears that the pharmacies are selling them faster than they can restock (so we are told). Same story all the way from Dumaguete to Bais City. Advise appreciated.
I am NOT a Doctor but there is: perindopril arginine see: Perindopril - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia or: Change of perindopril (Coversyl) salt from erbumine to arginine | NPS MedicineWise But to be absolutely sure I would consult a physician to get proper dosage or suitable substitute.
Thanks Dave, Unfortunately there are certain side effects which make arginine not a viable option for me. I have extreme low blood pressure - enlarged heart (hahahah I have a big heart) with very gentle blood flow. Better contact my doctor in OZ and get a whole list of possible alternatives. Thanks again.
