    so my father is buying a house in dumaguete thru philsouth properties. Im happy because i emailed them any they told me that construction of our house will be done in july, and will be done in november. i dont know how accurate these dates are but that the expected time. any of u guys have houses reserved by them? im happy cuz that means i will be going back to dumaguete soon hehehe.

    yeah thats the one, but our house we bought for 1.2 million. anyone have positive experience?

    Mr. Hsemitara, let me try and help you understand your post. You asked, "anyone have a positive experience?" Good question but apparently no one has had a positive experience with PhilSouth so you didn't get any responses, based on the way you framed your question. Gass was trying to explain that to you. Nevertheless, we are all happy for you that your were able to buy a nice house, and good luck with it. Please keep us posted on your satisfaction with the construction and results.

    :( OK! Now I am totally confused, last week, you didn't have a Pot to p*ss in, now you are buying a 1.2 Million House. Are we all missing something and I am still confused, over the girl Friend. HSE, Group it all together and lets sing from the same Hymn Sheet :wink:

    I think the answer to all of this is the OP's father is buying the house and he is calling it his and excited about it.
    Not sure what happened to the GF, I like that post better than this one. lol

    Ok Pat, that has cleared that up.:smile: I feel a saga coming on, hope HSE will enlighten us a little more here, now I feel I want to ask, why, the Mad rush back to Hawaii, if his father is here? He said his Year was up, this Suggests, he entered on the Balikbyan programme, with the Family. Why not, Extend or whatever was possible? My Confusion is turning to Intreague now! :wink:
