Likely I am more experienced than most on DI regarding building there in PH having spent thousands of hours on research on this subject before building our House there in Valencia, I would never consider building a Pillar and beam structure using CHB, Prefabs are a good way to go, myself and a German friend of mine put our heads together and come up with the idea for my own build, he has since went on to build something for around half the price per M2 and Btw there is a guy named Len (who happens to be Scottish and they tend to be that bit smarter than your average Bear) who has a factory building Prefabs there in that same area where you intend to build, however I would like to send you a Pic of my friends house he had this built to the stage of being wind and watertight in around 10 weeks this not being a prefab.
