Oh, oh, oh, I was in Holy Child in Dumaguete City and asked the doctors of Endoscopy, if they master the simple methods: Ligationby rubber-band-rings or coagulation or sclerotherapy of hemorrhoids.

But.........nobody of the doctors master it. So I read in the "Startseite - Philippinenforum Deutschland", that a forum member went to Chong Hua Hospital in Cebu to a so called "specialist for Hemorrhoids" and this woman was only able to examine him with the finger, because the "machine" should be in the hospital. He and me wonders, what machine does a specialist need to examine an anus. It is just a small a small pipe, Spectroscope, called Proctoscope and not a machine ???!!!

 

Welcome to the Philippines. Its more fun here. The part of your post I quoted could fit any number of medical procedures here. It is especially fun when you need a prescription for some silly thing. I once had a foot doctor give me a prescription for an ED problem. seriously! Anyway, good luck getting your problem treated. Keep us updated. It is an interesting thread.
