    Hi everyone,
    I was born and grow-up in Dumaguete City, right now I am here in US, Me and my husband purchased few properties in Palawan, and if anybody out there interested in buying beach properties or overlooking properties you might like to see some of our property that we are selling right now, we decided that it may took many years before we will be able to retire there so we will be letting go of some of our properties there to start a small business here. anyway we got a beach front property more than 10,000sq.m for 9,000,000 pesos, and we also got an overlooking property more than 20,000sqm for only 1,600,000pesos.
    anybody interested i can send you pictures and more information about it.
    all property for sale are all in palawan.
    the beach is really really nice, it is a powder with sand.

    do you have some beach properties ( in the region of 1-2 millions...... 9 millions we cannot afford)....my companion is interested, but it must be a titled land and some facilities must be easy to access...
