Interesting quote. Amazon a very large internet seller in the US. It buys out employees to the tune of $5,000 if they evaluate them to be not a good employee after a short period of employment. Their fear is that the longer a bad employee stays the more damage to the company. Their thoughts are the it only takes a few bad employees to bring a company down. So it looks like it took 25 years to get this quote to be acted on monetarily.
